Requirements Brief for your reference
- Expert in Short-Form Editing (Reels/Shorts/TikTok) - Must be up to date with the latest short-form trends — hooks, pacing, transitions, subtitles, memes, retention tactics, and viral editing styles.
- High-Quality, Fast Turnaround - Able to convert raw talking-head + B-roll footage into polished, scroll-stopping videos with clean cuts, colour correction, sound design, and sharp captions.
- Creative Storytelling & Ideation - Should know how to structure videos for maximum watch time, propose improvements, suggest trending formats, and help develop new concepts that fit current algorithms.
- Strong Technical Skills - Proficiency in Final Cut/Premiere Pro/DaVinci, plus ability to deliver final videos in correct aspect ratios (9:16, 16:9, 3:4) with export-ready quality.
- Remote Work + Occasional Office Visits -This is primarily a work-from-home role, but the editor must be available to visit the office occasionally for brainstorming sessions, special content shoots, or when extra hands are needed.
