Partial Scholarship Application Agreement & Policies
1. Privacy & Confidentiality Clause

All personal and professional information submitted in this application is strictly confidential. Masterpiece Beauty Academy, LLC agrees not to sell, share, or distribute applicant information to any third party. Information is used solely for scholarship review, admissions consideration, and internal records.
2. Scholarship Award Final Decision Clause

All scholarship decisions are final and made solely at the discretion of Masterpiece Beauty Academy, LLC.
3. Partial Scholarship Amount Is Final

If awarded a partial scholarship, the amount granted is final and non-negotiable. No additional discounts, reductions, or adjustments will be applied beyond the awarded scholarship.
4. Scholarship Expiration Clause (3-Month Limit)

All awarded scholarships must be redeemed and applied toward an enrolled course within three (3) months of the award notification date. After this time, the scholarship will automatically expire and be forfeited.
5. Non-Transferability Clause

Scholarship awards are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or assigned to another individual.
6. Course Policies Still Apply

All students awarded a scholarship remain fully responsible for complying with Masterpiece Beauty Academy’s enrollment policies, payment policies, attendance requirements, rescheduling policies, and code of conduct.
7. Financial Responsibility Clause

If a partial scholarship is awarded, the applicant remains fully responsible for any remaining tuition balance, taxes, or additional costs not covered by the scholarship.
8. Misrepresentation Clause

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate disqualification from the scholarship process or revocation of any awarded funds.
9. No Cash Value Clause

Scholarships hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, refunds, account credits or services.
