The purpose of this form is to determine who will be continuing at the Early Childhood Center for the rest of the 2025-2026 school year, for our 2026 Summer program, and for the 2026-2027 school year. Please be sure to complete one form for each child and

Our Summer Camps will begin on Monday, June 1, 2026. We will be closed from July 27 thru July 31 for cleaning and painting. August 3 thru August 7 we will have Last week of Camp before school starts. Tuesday, August 11, 2026 will be the First Day of School (see attached Zion School Calendar).
