This transformational 6-week virtual program is designed for entrepreneurs, business owners, and nonprofit leaders seeking real, applicable tools to elevate their leadership, structure, and business success.

Please read ALL information below before completing this form.
By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree to all terms, expectations, deadlines, and compensation policies.

📅 BOOT CAMP SCHEDULE — DATES & WEEKLY TOPICS

The Boot Camp begins Thursday, March 5, 2026, and meets every Thursday for six consecutive weeks.

Each session is 1.5–2 hours with teaching, breakout rooms, and live Q&A.

 

WEEK 1 — March 5, 2026 Topic: Boss Identity & Leadership Foundations

WEEK 2 — March 12, 2026 Topic: Nonprofits, 501(c)(3), Structure, Taxes & Compliance

WEEK 3 — March 19, 2026 Topic: Communication, Presence & Professional Boundaries

WEEK 4 — March 26, 2026 Topic: CEO Decision-Making, Systems & Operations

WEEK 5 — April 2, 2026 Topic: Money, Funding, Pricing & Financial Leadership

WEEK 6 — April 9, 2026 Topic: Execution, Accountability & Graduation

Weeks will update to “SPEAKER CONFIRMED” as speakers officially register and pay.
🧑🏽‍🏫 SPEAKER ROLE — IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Speakers are responsible for providing a full 1.5–2 hour educational session for their assigned week(s).

Speaker Responsibilities

• Submit teaching outline by February 1, 2026
• Submit PowerPoint & materials 7 days before your week
• Teach structured, high-value content
• Participate in breakout rooms and Q&A
• Promote their assigned week using provided marketing materials
• Provide a professional headshot, bio, and business logo
• Show up prepared, on time, and professional
• Speakers may teach up to 2 weeks maximum.

💵 SPEAKER DEPOSIT — $50 PER WEEK (Refundable)

Your speaker slot is NOT secured until your Speaker Deposit has been paid.
The deposit serves as Speaker Insurance, protecting the program from cancellations, no-shows, missed deadlines, and unprepared participation.
Your deposit WILL be refunded if:

✔ You complete your full teaching session
✔ Your materials are submitted on time
✔ You uphold professionalism
✔ You meet all deadlines and requirements
Your deposit WILL be forfeited if:

❌ You cancel
❌ You no-show
❌ You miss deadlines
❌ You fail to submit materials
❌ You violate professionalism
No exceptions.
💰 SPEAKER COMPENSATION

Speakers earn:

🔥 25% of all revenue generated for their assigned week
Payout is issued within 48 hours after your week concludes.

📦 SPEAKER INFORMATION PACKET

All confirmed speakers will receive the Official Speaker Info Packet, which includes:

• Complete weekly program breakdown
• Teaching outline template
• PowerPoint guidelines
• Breakout room instructions
• Q&A timing and structure
• Marketing schedule
• Promo code + referral code
• Upload links for slides/materials
• Tech preparation checklist
• Attendance expectations
• Branding requirements
• All program policies
• Reading the full packet is MANDATORY.

🎤 PROGRAM HOST — SYNOPSIS & SUMMARY

The Boot Camp will have one dedicated Program Host who leads all six weeks.
This role provides structure, professionalism, and flow throughout the entire program.

Host Responsibilities

• Open and close each session
• Introduce speakers professionally
• Manage timing and transitions
• Moderate Q&A
• Support breakout rooms
• Maintain engagement and structure
• Ensure a smooth and polished experience
• This is a leadership and facilitation role, not a teaching role.

💵HOST COMPENSATION

The Host will receive:

• $150 per week (flat rate)
• 4% of weekly revenue generated from students using the Host’s personal referral code
• Full visibility on all marketing materials
• Free access to all 6 weeks
• The Host does NOT pay a deposit unless

📌 HOST TEACHING OPTION (Optional — Approval Required)

The Program Host may apply to teach one (1) week of the Boot Camp in addition to hosting the program.

Teaching as the Host is not guaranteed and must be approved by LC Business Consultants & Advisory.

If the Host is approved to teach:
✔ The Host WILL NOT host the same week they teach.
They will function strictly as a Speaker for that week.
A temporary substitute Host will lead that session.
✔ Compensation for a Host who teaches:
$150 Host Pay for all weeks they host
NO Host Pay for the week they are teaching (because they are not hosting that session)
$50 refundable Speaker Deposit is required for the teaching week
25% Speaker Payout for the teaching week
4% Host Referral Bonus continues for all weeks, including the teaching week

✔ Host Teaching Requirements:
Must follow ALL Speaker rules, deadlines, and submission requirements
Must submit outline by February 1, 2026
Must submit PowerPoint & materials 7 days before their teaching week
Must be approved by LC Business Consultants & Advisory
May NOT teach more than one (1) week total

This option is available only to Hosts who can manage both roles professionally and whose teaching topic aligns with the Boot Camp curriculum.
📦 HOST INFORMATION PACKET

If you select “Host,” and approved, you will receive:

• Full Host Agreement
• Hosting scripts (openings, transitions, Q&A)
• Responsibilities checklist
• Compensation breakdown
• Technical instructions
• Marketing + operations timeline
• Required standards & policies
• Final approval is not guaranteed.

Selection is based on professionalism, communication ability, consistency, and reliability.

🤝 REFERRAL BONUSES

Speaker Referral Bonus

Speakers earn $25 per speaker referral once the referred speaker completes registration + deposit payment.

Paid 48 hours after YOUR teaching week.

Host Referral Bonus
Hosts earn 4% revenue from all students who enroll using their host code.
Paid weekly after each session.
📅 IMPORTANT DEADLINES

February 1, 2026: Teaching outlines due
7 days before your week: PowerPoints + materials due
January 1, 2026: Marketing officially begins
No extensions.

⚠️ CONTRACTUAL NOTICE

By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your speaker slot is NOT held until your deposit is paid.
• Deposits are refundable only upon successful completion of responsibilities.
• LC Business Consultants & Advisory may remove or replace any Speaker or Host who violates expectations or misses deadlines.
• All submitted materials (bio, headshot, logo, outline, slides) may be used for marketing and program promotion.

You fully understand the compensation structures:

Speakers: 25% revenue per assigned week
Host: $150/week + 4% referral revenue

You agree to all deadlines, policies, and professional standards.
This form serves as a legally binding agreement for participation in the 2026 Boss Up Leadership Boot Camp.
