IMPORTANT NOTES:
- All applications must be submitted through this form.
- There is no financial compensation for this performance, but you can accept tips, display QR codes, sell merchandise during your performance and will receive a free drink ticket for each person in your group. Musicians/performers who apply and are accepted, agree to donate their time to the cause.
- Performers are required to bring all instruments needed, additional instruments are not provided and performers are required to set up instruments and their personal equipment with the help of one or two volunteers.
- Some sound equipment provided by Mostellar Music, list to be sent out with acceptance, sound technician will be present.
- Sets are 45 minutes - 1 hour long. 15 minutes in between sets are used for load in and load out of performers.
- This is a family-friendly event. Performers with explicit or graphic lyrics will not be selected.
NOTIFICATION
Performers will be notified of selection via email no later than Friday, March 20 with the date of their performance only in order to confirm availability. The final lineup will be sent out by Friday, March 27 pending any delays in confirmations.
All communication will be done via email, then by phone if we cannot reach applicants. Please ensure that we have your most up-to-date information.
