2026 Paseo Arts Festival Performer Application

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- All applications must be submitted through this form.
- There is no financial compensation for this performance, but you can accept tips and sell merchandise during your performance and will receive drink tickets for each person in your group. The Paseo Arts Festival is a fundraiser for the Paseo Arts Association and musicians/performers who apply and are accepted, agree to donate their time to the cause.
- Sets are 45 minutes - 1 hour long.
- This is a family-friendly event. Performers with explicit or graphic lyrics will not be selected.
- Some equipment provided by Mostellar Music, list to be sent out with acceptance
NOTIFICATION

Performers will be notified of selection via email no later than Friday, March 20 with the date of their performance only in order to confirm availability. The final lineup will be sent out by Friday, March 27 pending any delays in confirmations.

All communication will be done via email, then by phone if we cannot reach applicants. Please ensure that we have your most up-to-date information.

ALL ITEMS WILL BE REVIEWED FOR DUPLICATION BEFORE APPLICATION IS ACCEPTED. SOME ITEMS MAY BE EXCLUSIVE TO VENDORS OR TO THE PASEO ARTS ASSOCIATION: As a representative of the Applicant, I agree to the terms of this Agreement. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of Stage Booking. I understand that the Paseo Arts Association does not provide financial compensation for the Event should the Performer be accepted. I understand that the Paseo Arts Association will provide security during the Event but will not be held responsible for theft, fire or damage to any displays, materials, equipment or retail goods that I provide. I also understand that I am responsible for all material(s) for set up and displays, clean up and maintenance of the stage area.
