Updated Contact Information in Infinite Campus

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that their personal contact details (phone number, email, and address), student emergency contacts, and approved pick-up information remain current with AXIS. At the start of each school year, families will have the opportunity to review and update information through the Infinite Campus portal. Any changes required during the school year should be submitted via email to info@axiscolorado.org, where an AXIS staff member will assist in making the necessary updates.

Emergency Contact & Student Pick Up Policy

I understand that I must list at least two up-to-date emergency contacts for my student who, in case of sickness, disciplinary action, or other emergency, can pick them up within an hour of being notified.

I acknowledge that if the school is unable to reach any emergency contact, and the student is not picked up within two hours, child protective services may be contacted.

Before & After Care Registration & Fee Assessment Policy

I understand that I am required to pre-register for before and after care for my student(s) each week. AXIS before and after care is provided by a separate organization Alphabest, and students must be registered independently with Alphabest. Details about Alphabest can be found on the AXIS website.

Students who are not scheduled or pre-registered for before or after care are not guaranteed a spot. Parents will be required to pick up children who are dropped off at before or after care without a registration.

The AXIS School Directory allows families to connect with one another outside of school hours for gatherings, play dates, study groups or other social activities.
AXIS Carpool Coordination Consent
Are you interested in being connected with other AXIS families to form a carpool? The carpool coordinator may share your name, phone number and address with other families in your area.

Transporation Reimbursement Program

Families with students in grades Kindergarten - 5th residing 5 miles or more from AXIS International Academy may be eligible for a daily transportation reimbursement.
