Thank you so much for your generosity. Hike Kidz Foundation is a 501c3 not for profit organization and your gifts are tax deductible. In efforts to keep gifts and donor receipts well organized we kindly ask that you complete this form.
If you already dropped your gifts off:
Please do the best you can to fill this out and we will complete the rest when we inventory your items.
If you pledged to sponsor a tag left behind after December 16th:
Please fill this form out and let us know below what date you are able to drop the gifts off at 417 North Royal Ave Hike Kidz Foundation office. This way we can contact the recipient for a new pick up day if it is beyond the December 20th day.
Your gifts will be given out on December 20th (unless otherwise arranged)
-Please make sure the children's gifts are unwrapped and you bring your tag back with you.
-We discourage gift cards for the children unless absolutely necessary.
-Please bring gifts in clear plastic bags if possible and label your bags/items with the code on your tag. If you are able to provide wrapping paper for the parent to wrap the presents, please include this.
-If you selected multiple tags, please keep them separate and list them in the boxes below separately with each code.
-All guardian gifts may be wrapped.
If you have receipts for electronics or anything we should have to provide, you may upload at the bottom of this document.
