TXSNOW Scope of Work (SOW)

1.1 TXSNOW Standard Lessons — Deliverables & Acceptance Matrix (with weights)* This field is required.🚪 Zero-Compensation Gatekeepers: non-percentage items; if any gatekeeper is triggered, the Lesson Pay = 0%. 🛠️ SLA-Type Obligations (compensatory rules): Service Level Agreement items are not part of the weighted deliverables; if breached, they trigger direct compensation/penalty requirements.

1. Verify and confirm that the Participant has completed the Waiver & Pre-Lesson Information Form — 🚪 Zero-Compensation Gatekeeper

2. Learn the participant’s name and current ability level in the lesson group chat— ✅ Compensation weight: 5%

3. Communicate with the participant/parent to establish a shared understanding of the Lesson objectives in the lesson group chat— ✅ Compensation weight: 10%

4. Post the Meeting Point photo in the lesson group chat — ✅ Compensation weight: 5%

5. Wearing the TXSNOW instructor uniform — 🚪 Gatekeeper (zero-pay condition)

6. Arriving at the ski resort 15 minutes early — 🛠️ SLA obligation (compensation rule)

7. Conducting the Lesson — ✅ Compensation weight: 40%

8. Capture three video segments (before, during, and after the Lesson) and post it in the lesson group chat — ✅ Compensation weight: 10%

9. Take a photo with the participant(s) and post it in the lesson group chat — ✅ Compensation weight: 10%

10. Invite the participant to submit an instructor rating in the lesson group chat — ✅ Compensation weight: 10%

11. Complete and submit the post-lesson feedback for this Lesson —✅ Compensation weight: 10%

12. Provide at least 48 hours’ notice to TXSNOW if you are unable to teach and require a replacement Instructor —🛠️ SLA obligation; compensation rule applies.

8. Take a photo with the participant(s) and post it in the lesson group chat — ✅ Compensation weight: 10%

To protect the Instructor’s rights * This field is required. reduce litigation risks

Please ensure that the waiver is filled out using the participant’s legal name (you may double-check with the participant if necessary)

Please open the participant’s pre-lesson information form to check for any medical history or emergency contact details, in case they are needed.

If a participant is replaced during the Lesson, the Instructor must ensure that the new participant posts their signed waiver and pre-lesson information form in the lesson group before the Lesson can continue.* This field is required.

For example: the child is sick, so the father attends the Lesson instead.

For example: the participant becomes tired halfway through the Lesson and wants a family member, boyfriend, close friend, or classmate to continue the Lesson in their place.

Without a signed waiver, there is no insurance coverage — meaning both the Instructor and TXSNOW would be exposed to significant liability risks❗️

A waiver filled out with anything other than the legal name creates a compliance loophole — placing both the Instructor and TXSNOW at significant liability risk❗️

Additional basic information about the participant that can be obtained before the Lesson, aside from the pre-lesson information form* This field is required.

For example, does the participant have a preferred name?

What is the participant’s current skiing/snowboarding level? — This helps the Instructor assess whether the participant’s goals are achievable.

Consensus on Lesson goals* This field is required.to ensure an efficient and enjoyable Lesson experience for both sides

Instructors should promptly assess whether the participant’s expected goals can realistically be achieved within this Lesson and communicate accordingly.

Please ensure the participant clearly understands what to expect from this Lesson, in order to avoid misunderstandings or dissatisfaction.

Consensus on time expectations* This field is required.to ensure an efficient and enjoyable Lesson experience for both sides

Participant-first policy ✅: Scheduling and communication must always prioritize the participant’s availability. If the Instructor is unavailable on the desired day, they should assist the participant in connecting with another Instructor of the same level who has availability, or contact TXSNOW for coordination (except for participants who have been assigned a fixed Instructor).。

Do NOT ❌: simply state which days/times you are unavailable and wait for the participant to accommodate or adjust to the Instructor’s schedule.

Time and Session Management (Time-Boxed Lesson)

(Linked to the “TXSNOW Lesson Purchase and Service Agreement”)

1. Provided by reserved time slot:
Lessons are delivered strictly according to the reserved start and end times and are a time-slot-based service.

2. Delays / interruptions caused by the participant:
If a Lesson is delayed or interrupted due to any reason on the participant’s side — including but not limited to late arrival, time spent on lift ticket purchase/rental/equipment setup, temporarily leaving the group (washroom/equipment issues, etc.), feeling unwell or injured and needing rest/medical attention, or any other participant-related cause — the Lesson time will not be extended or made up.

3. 1:x Lessons (including 2:4 dynamic group lesson):
If there are N participants who need to leave the slope with an Instructor, the remaining Instructor will immediately adjust the Lesson to 1:(4−N) (e.g. 1:3 / 1:2 / 1:1). If the other Instructor must leave due to injury or special circumstances, the Lesson may temporarily become 1:4.
During any pause or temporary group re-structuring, there will be no refund and no make-up time. If the Instructor is able to complete all necessary handling within the original reserved time and there is still remaining time, the Lesson will continue until the scheduled end time.

Wearing the Instructor uniform is mandatory for all TXSNOW Lessons.* This field is required.

Instructors are advised to keep their uniform in the car so they can take Lessons at any time.

For details, please refer to 🔎 “TXSNOW Punctuality and Late Arrival Policy (Applicable to Participants and Instructors)”.

Regardless of whether the videos have already been Airdropped to the participant on site, Instructors must still post all three video segments in the Lesson group so TXSNOW can record the participant’s CRM content for this Lesson.

TXSNOW will use “three videos posted in the Lesson group” as the criterion for completing this deliverable.

Your casual snapshot may become the highlight of the participant’s entire day ✨

“Lesson videos and participant photos” are required deliverables for all TXSNOW Lessons.* This field is required.

In cases of extreme weather or special circumstances, the video and photo requirements may be adjusted at the Instructor’s discretion.

KM Lessons are a special case — participant safety is the top priority, and video recording may be adjusted as appropriate.

Instructors will receive the TXSNOW Kids Pickup Code link in the Lesson group chat.

Instructor Notice* This field is required.

The parent has already set up the Pickup Code through TXSNOW in advance.

Before returning the child to the parent at the end of the Lesson, use this link to have the parent enter the previously set Pickup Code.

If the Pickup Code is entered incorrectly, the page will remain in place and the “SUBMIT” button will not appear.

Instructor Notice* This field is required.

Only when the Pickup Code is entered correctly will the “SUBMIT” button appear below, and the form can then be submitted.

The child handover can only be completed after this form has been successfully submitted.

Requirement: For all 1:N Lessons, the Instructor must submit an individual Post-Lesson Feedback form for eachparticipant.

Example: A 1:2 Lesson requires 2 feedback submissions; a 1:4 Lesson requires 4 feedback submissions.

Policy: Combined or group feedback cannot replace individual feedback submissions. Each feedback form must include the participant’s goal attainment, key observations, next-step recommendations, and at-home practice points.
