RYLA 5360 2026 Delegate Spot Reservation

This form can be used by Rotary Clubs to reserve delegate spots for the RYLA 2026 conference. If you have trouble completing this form and wish to reserve spots, please inform Roopjot Dhanda the RYLA registration chair over email (ryla@rotary5360.ca)

The cost to sponsor one delegate is $650. Payment must be received by April 15th and your delegate(s) must be registered by April 20th.

If you cannot find delegates, you must inform us by emailing ryla@rotary5360.ca by April 8th and either request a credit for the following conference or request us to match your club with an independent delegate. If you fail to inform us by April 1st, credit/refund will not be offered for the 2027 conference.

RYLA 2026 will be held from May 7th-10th 2026. The location of the conference is Deer Valley Meadows Camp, near Alix, AB. (39017, Range Rd 230, Alix, AB T0C). Transportation of delegates to RYLA is up to the sponsoring rotary club and the delegate to arrange. RYLA does not provide transportation.

Once submitted, a copy of the application will also be sent to the delegates email. If you do not recieve a copy, something may have gone wrong. Please remember to check junk and spam folders.
