Band Registration Form

This is an EUSPBA Sanctioned Competition, and their rules apply, the Judges decisions are Final.

A band representative must check in before massed bands @ registration tent.

Bands must be ready to compete when called or will be disqualified.

All band members must play for opening and closing ceremonies

The order of play draw will be held at least 3 days prior to the games and will be posted on the website.

Tickets and Parking passes will be mailed using the address you provide below.

Terms

I agree to the terms outlined above. I understand that this is a rain, shine, cold or heat event and refunds shall not be provided.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;For good and valuable consideration, including my participation at the Suncoast Scots Highland Games, to be held the 31st day of January 2026 at Sarasota Fairgrounds Sarasota, Florida, I agree to and assume all risks of personal injury, including death, and damage to personal property arising out of my participation in this event. Furthermore, I understand and agree that in the event of accident or injury, I will be responsible for my own care and bills, and that I, including my successors, heirs and assignees, will forever hold the Suncoast Scots, Sarasota Fairgrounds, Sponsors, members and organizers and their insurance carriers harmless from all claims, causes of action, cost, and judgements or claims of personal injury, including death and all damages by or arising out of my involvement in this event.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Travel Assistance is available to the first 5 bands to register and is based on one-way mileage to the games site: Sarasota Fairgrounds. 34237, and a full band must participate in open and closing ceremonies.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;0-75 miles $150&#13;&#10;76-150 miles $225&#13;&#10;151-300 miles $525
