The E-Gallery is an exhibition and flex space on the first floor of Visual Arts Building E. It is available to all currently enrolled Visual Arts undergraduate and graduate students for the following use:
- Informal exhibition and art presentation
- Photographing/documentation of work
- Hosting critiques
- Recognized Student Organization Fundraiser sales
Students using this space must:
- Install their work independently but may ask the gallery staff for consultation and guidance
- Professionally patch and paint the walls and clean up the gallery after use of the space
- Leave the gallery in better condition than when they occupied it
- Provide their own tools
- Follow all guidelines in the Installation and Safety Guide

The E-Gallery is not to be used as a studio for creating artwork.
All students who make a reservation for use of the E-Gallery will be contacted by the Gallery Operations and Projects Coordinator prior to their reserved week to sign a Gallery Use Agreement and a Waiver of Liability. Please provide an accurate email address as you cannot utilize the space without signing the Gallery Use Agreement and Waiver of Liability.
Students may reserve the E-Gallery for one week only. Those with pending exhibition proposals for galleries in Visual Arts Building G may reserve the E-Gallery; however, if their proposal is accepted, they will be asked to release their E-Gallery reservation.
Please make your reservation a minimum of one week in advance.
