Dr. Gerald S. Gurney Research Award-2026 Call for Papers
Throughout its history, N4A has aimed to share ideas and support one another in the service of collegiate-level student-athletes. An integral part of this collaboration is research, which promotes the dissemination of new ideas and best practices in the field to assist student-athletes across the country. As new issues and challenges arise, the need for updated research becomes more apparent and necessary.
As a result, the Research Committee is pleased to announce a call for the Dr. Gerald S. Gurney N4A Research Award. In total, two awards will be given. The first award category is for research related to student-athlete academic support, while the other award category is for research related to student-athlete development.
