Check that your grill is in good working conditionClean the grill grates and remove any leftover debrisScrub the grates with a wire brush or grill stoneClean the drip pans and grease traysCheck and clean the propane or gas lines if necessaryIf using propane, ensure that all connections are tight and the valve is openTeam must provide their own supplies except tables (we provide 2 per team)Set-Up time is up to 12 hours before judgingJudging will be between 2:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.TEAMS WILL HAVE AN HOUR AFTER THE EVENT IS OVER FOR CLEAN UP
