Contest Rules and Guidelines
Eligibility/Entry
- Current IST Employees
- Full and Part-time
- Submissions must be submitted by 11:59 (ET) on Friday, February 6th, 2026.
- The winner will be announced on February 13th, 2026.
Rules and Guidelines
- Design(s) must be submitted via JOTFORM. (Accepting Jpeg, PNG, PDF, AI, Indd, scanned or images of hand-drawn art).
- By submitting your design, you consent to IST Management Services to use the design, free of charge, for any and all printing and promotional purposes.
- By submitting an entry, you agree to all contest rules. If you have any questions, please email events@istmanagement.com.
- Any entries we deem inappropriate will be disqualified.
- Designs can be digital or handmade.
- You do NOT have to utilize the IST Frame; it is there to provide a general guide for the shape and size of the finished artwork.
- The color of the t-shirt will be decided by Marketing depending on the final design chosen.
Submission Requirements
The winning design will be placed on the front of the official 2026 IST Management Great Strides participant t-shirt.
Uploading Art:
- Link to art
- High-resolution images (Jpeg, PNG, PDF, AI, Indd, scanned or images of hand-created art)
- Hand Drawn Art - Scan or take a photo with a phone
- Be sure to retain the original artwork if drawn by hand. We will request the original if your design is the winning design.
- Do not sign your name to art. If you are the chosen winner, we will ask for your signature to add digitally.
Voting Process
Entries will be evaluated by an internal panel of undisclosed judges and will be reviewed for the following:
- Concept and originality of design
- Visibility from a reasonable distance
- Adherence to design and submission rules and guidelines
- Successfully capturing the spirit of the Cystic Fibrosis Great Strides Walk
- The totality of design and production readiness
- Submissions must be submitted by 11:59 pm (ET) on February 6th, 2026.
Winner
- The winner will receive a $500 Gift Card and a $500 donation to Cystic Fibrosis in your name.
- Top choices will be promoted on social media, as well as the winner.
- The winner will be announced on February 13th, 2026.
Fine Print
Publicity and Agreement: Contest entry constitutes an agreement by the submitting designers to grant a free license of all copyrights of the submitted works to IST Management in perpetuity for publicity and promotional purposes.
Media Release: By submitting artwork, you agree that if your design wins, IST Management Services retains first printing rights and a free license, in perpetuity, to utilize the design on t-shirts and other promotional items and marketing, fundraising, and public relations materials. You guarantee that your design does not contain copyrighted material, including images/copy found on the internet, unless marked as published under a Creative Commons (cc) license. Contest entrants not selected as the winning designer(s) retain all rights to their artwork.
The winner of this contest will have their design featured in our newsletter publications and on social media and will receive a free t-shirt with their design on it.
