This permit grants one (1) person the non-exclusive right to use the specific design for a permanent tattoo. This is NOT a commercial design/art license. Tattoo artists may not purchase this design as available flash, claiming it as their own or to use as merch for their own clients or products. By purchasing this, I confirm I am buying this for my own body (or as a gift to a specific person) and not for resale/commercial use or non-tattoo use. The $30-$50 charge is non-refundable and non-transferrable, no exceptions.
