Amenity Access Cards are $50 ea. and limited to 3 per Brokerage License. A member of our admin team will email to schedule an appointment to pick up the card and make payment after the below form has been accepted and processed.

The SaddleBrooke TWO Ammenity Access Card is issued at a cost of $50 ea. and is limited to 3 per licensened Brokerage. Replacement cards are $25 ea. See SaddleBrooke TWO for further information regarding replacement cards.
Amenity Access Card Liability Acknowledgment

By signing this agreement, I acknowledge full responsibility for the amenity access card issued to me or my brokerage for use within SaddleBrooke TWO facilities. I understand that access is tracked by card number and may be restricted or revoked at any time.

This card does not provide charging privileges. It is intended only to grant access to pools and fitness facilities while touring the community with potential homebuyers. It is not for recreational or personal use and may not be distributed outside the designated brokerage.

The realtor/brokerage is responsible for managing and distributing no more than three active cards within the brokerage. If a card is lost or stolen, the SaddleBrooke TWO Administration Office must be notified immediately at info@sbhoa2.org so the card can be deactivated. Replacement cards are subject to a $25 fee and will not exceed the limit of three active cards per brokerage.

By signing, I accept full responsibility for the card, its access to SaddleBrooke TWO facilities, and any activity associated with its use.
