Join us for an interactive and playful workshop exploring the foundations of generative conflict. You’ll get a preview of Building Bridges: Transforming Workplace Conflict into Connection, a cohort learning journey running bi-weekly from Feb 11 - May 6 led by Bloom team members Moyo, Rehana, and Jeff. We’ll introduce key frameworks—nervous system regulation, self-awareness, deep listening, and the importance of understanding impact and intention. We will invite you into light practice and role play and there will be time for questions if you’re curious about the full program starting in February.
