  • This form does not confirm your reservation. You will be contacted regarding the availability of the facility and to complete the booking. Rentals must be booked at least TWO WEEKS PRIOR to the event date. To secure your reservation, rental packet must be filled out in its entirety and a deposit must be paid. You will receive a confirmation email once your rental is booked.

  • RENTAL INFORMATION

  • Please note: Maximum of 15 swimmers if pool is rented.

  • RENTAL PACKAGES - Please note: there is an additional $70 fee if outside of normal business hours and you are given a 15min. setup time; if more time is needed, an additional charge will be added.

  • Party Package One - $90: 2 Hour Facility use of Activity Room with 1 hour included in time for 1 of the following areas: Pool (up to 15 swimmers), ½ Gym, Y-Zone, Indoor Playground (up to 15 children)

  • Party Package Two - $125: 2 Hour Facility use of Activity Room with 1hr included in time for 2 of the following areas: Pool (up to 15 swimmers), ½ Gym, Y-Zone, Indoor Playground (up to 15 children)

  • Party Package Three - $250: 3 Hour Facility use of Activity Room with 1 hour included in time for 3 of the following areas: Pool (up to 15 swimmers), ½ Gym, Y-Zone, Indoor Playground (up to 15 children)

  • RENTAL BY AREA - Please note: there is an additional $70 fee if outside of normal business hoursand you are given a 15min. setup time; if more time is needed, an additional charge will be added.

  • Meeting Room - $20/hour. Spaces: Conference Room, Downstairs Activity Room and Upstairs Activity Room

  • Y-Zone - $35/hour

  • Multi-Purpose Gym: Entire Multi-Purpose Gym - $70/hour, ½ Multi-Purpose Gym - $35/hour.

  • Pool - $50/hour
    Max: 15 swimmers, including adult chaperones
    THERE MUST BE 1 ADULT IN THE WATER FOR EVERY 3 CHILDREN 6 yrs AND UNDER. ADULT MUST BE WITHIN REACHING RANGE OF CHILDREN 6 yrs AND UNDER. THERE MUST BE 1 ADULT ON DECK FOR EVERY 10 CHILDREN AGES 7-18.

    (Note: pool is still open to members and day pass patrons)

    I understand this age policy,and if there is not the appropriate adult supervision for the ratios to be followed, then some swimmers will not be allowed.


    Each additional hour: $25/hour


    (Additionally, the lifeguard has the authority to close the pool due to disobedience, unsafe conditions, or to comply with our lightning policy.)

  • Indoor Playground - $50/hour

    Max: 15 children (Parents MUST stay in the Indoor Playground Area to attend party attendees at all times) (Note: Indoor Playground is still open to members and day pass patrons)


    16-30 attendees, additional $20/hour (for additional number of attendees, please call for pricing)


    Each additional hour: $25/hour

  • AFTER HOURS RENTALS - Please note: you are given a 15min. setup time; if more time is needed,an additional charge will be added.

  • Overnight Rental, max 8 hours - *ask Membership Director for pricing*
