I the customer accept responsibility for ongoing maintenance including recommended shampoo, conditioner, heat usage, and care routine to preserve color and vibrancy.
I the customer acknowledge that improper care, external factors, or lack of maintenance can affect the longevity of the color and style.
I authorize the stylist to use their professional judgment to select the safest and most effective coloring method for the desired outcome.
I the customer agree not to pursue chargebacks, disputes, or refunds for results that fall within the natural range of variation or within the disclosed limitations.
Final color results may vary based on the hair’s original undertone, previous processing, lace type, and the natural characteristics of the hair bundles or wig selected.
Exact color matches are not guaranteed. Reference photos will be used as inspiration, not exact replicas. Variations in lighting, screens, and hair origin may cause differences in tone or depth.
Virgin hair and raw hair lift differently. Some textures or qualities may not reach extremely light or vivid tones without compromising hair integrity.
Color longevity varies. Bold tones, reds, pastels, and fashion shades may fade faster and may require additional maintenance or toning services.
Additional sessions may be required to achieve certain tones or multidimensional looks. These sessions are billed separately.
