ENTRY TERMS
2026 NO BORDERS BISON SHOW & BREEDING STOCK SALE
SALE: Saturday, February 21st, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.
1. Entry Form and payment must be received by 12 Noon January 5th, 2026.
ALL ANIMAL INFORMATION MUST BE IN BY FEBRUARY 1st.
2. Payment must accompany the entry form (no exceptions):
$ 200 for each entry of a Breeding Bull born in 2023
– Max. 7 Entries - Floor Price $6,500 - Minimum Wt. 1,500 lbs.
$ 200 for each entry of a Breeding Bull born in 2024
– Max 15 Entries – Floor Price $5,500 - Minimum Wt. 1,150 lbs.
$ 200 for each entry of a Bred Heifer Born in 2023
– Max. 20 Entries - Floor Price $5,500 - Minimum Wt. 1,050 lbs.
$ 200 for each entry of an Open Heifer Born in 2024
– Max. 15 Entries - Floor Price $4,000 - Minimum Wt. 850 lbs.
$ 150 for each entry of a Bull Calf Born in 2025
– Max. 15 Entries - Floor Price $3,000 - Minimum Wt. 550 lbs.
$ 150 for each entry of a ‘Pen of 3 Heifer Calves’ born in 2025
– Max. 4 Entries – Floor Price $2,500 - Minimum Wt. 500 lbs.
You may opt-in or out of the Floor Price. Those who wish to Accept the Floor Price understand that if the animals do not sell, they will owe a Pass-Out Fee of $250 per Lot.
100% of All Entry Fees goes to NO BORDERS. All Bison will be sold by the head.
The entry fee will be forfeited if entry is accepted and the Bison are not available for sale.
3. The maximum number of entries will be accepted in each class.
Each Consignor will be limited to a maximum of three entries per class.
- 2023 & 2024 Breeding Bulls must have a passed Semen Test dated Oct 1, 2025 - Feb. 1, 2026 from a DVM.
- 2023 Bred Heifers are to be confirmed Bred safe in calf by a DVM dated Nov. 1 2025 - Feb. 1, 2026.
- 2024 Open Heifers are to be confirmed Open by a DVM dated Nov.1, 2025-Feb. 1, 2026.
- All required Vet Work is the responsibility of the consignor.
4. Consignors must be paid up members of the Canadian Bison Association and its Regional Associations across Canada.
5. In the event there are more entries in a class than the limit (and all other classes are full), the Committee may reduce the class by draw.
6. Consignors are strongly encouraged to weigh animals well ahead of the sale, to meet the sale weight requirements.
7. JACK AUCTION GROUP WILL SEND via COURIER "NO BORDERS DANGLE TAGS" TO BE APPLIED TO ALL SHOW ANIMALS. ALL ANIMALS MUST HAVE AN OFFICIAL R.F.I.D. IN THE ANIMALS EAR PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
8. Any animals brought to the sale can be pulled from the sale if they are not healthy, are injured OR do not meet the sale requirements concerning weights and required tests.
9. Any animals that will be advertised as a certain percentage of Plains or Woods bloodlines must include all pedigrees/DNA information to Jack Auction Group to support this claim.
10. NO BORDERS & JACK AUCTION GROUP is not liable for animals sold, transported, or penned & handled at the sale facility, rather simply acts as the vendor of the event. Insurance is the responsibility of the Consignors and Buyers.
11. The Bison need to arrive at the Yorkton Exhibition Grounds on Thursday, February 19, 2026 between 10AM and 5PM. Please Respect Arrival Times!
12. The Sales Commission is 8% - of which 6% to Jack Auction Group and 2% to NO BORDERS.
Woods/Plains % score must be verified by the Neogen test.
