Guest applications for the 2026 Festival (23 -26 October 2026)

Please read everything on this form very carefully. Your application must include all elements of your price package - the festival does not pay travel, accommodation, food or other costs in addition to the items you include on this application form. Please also include any registrations you will require for accompanying persons. Our Festival is small - around 700 tickets (weekend and day passes). Please present a price package that is consistent with this scale and allow for the fact that our total guest budget will be shared between around 15 paid acts or workshop tutors.

We are a participative Festival. Except in exceptional circumstances (and with approval in advance) the Festival requires guests to attend the entire Festival, actively participating in events (not just your own performances). This means you will be expected to be on site at the festival from the afternoon or evening of Friday, 23 October until the close of the evening concert on Sunday, 25 October.

We also require festival guests not to accept other gigs in the greater Wellington region for a period 5 days either side of the festival unless agreed in advance by the festival.

Must be in $NZ (excl GST if applicable). This will be the total paid, inclusive of your fees and any travel costs you wish the Festival to cover. Note that we do not provide meals for guests.
