EVENT RULES
Market time is 7.30am - 11.30am
Do not pack up early unless the manager approves of it. Cars are not allowed to move in the market area until the event has finished at 11.30am for the safety of our customers. Packing up early encourages customers to start leaving and is unfair on the other vendors attending.
SOCIAL MEDIA - We expect all stallholders and food vendors to help advertise the event on your social media pages & share out Facebook event links if you are attending. If we all make an effort collectively, we will reach a larger audience and have a busier market every time!

STALL FEES
Stall fees are invoiced from our square system. You can either pay online or pay cash on the day of the market.
STALL REQUIREMENTS
- Stallholders must have their own 3m x 3m marquee, marquee weights & public liability insurance.
- WA only producers preferred – outside vendors permitted when there is no equivalent local product.
- You are responsible for providing your own tables, trestles, chairs, decorations, displays, business cards etc – and are encouraged to be as creative as possible with your stall’s presentation.
- Even if sold out, you will remain set up until the market closes at 11.30am.
- Vendors are responsible for packing up and clearing their stall space and ensuring nothing is left behind.
- Each stallholder must display a sign showing their trading name
FOOD PERMITS
We have one food permit for the event that covers all stall holders. You need to provide your Food Business Registration Certificate & Public Liability Insurance to be added to our permit.
CANCELLATIONS
If you are not able to attend one of your booked dates, please EMAIL your cancellation in writing as soon as possible. Cancellations must be advised at least 4 days prior to the market day to receive a refund.
Repeat cancellations or no shows will result in us no longer booking you in for the event.
During winter, we have an indoor area we setup the market in, as well as undercover verandah areas - which makes it a perfect market location for winter!

Due to the number of events we manage, all communication must be made by EMAIL ONLY, Do not send any booking changes on social media or text msg. This is so we have a clear record in one place.
Be kind & support each other. Bullying & aggression will not be tolerated, we encourage everyone to help, support and make friends at our events. It will create a better atmosphere for the customers and you will have more fun!
MARKET MAP & SETUP INFO
The map and setup information & invoices will be emailed out on Thursdays
If your application is successful, we will email you to confirm your booking. If we are fully booked for your stall category, you will be placed on a waitlist.
