This form has been created to help ascertain as much as possible and expedite the progress towards you getting your dream story. Please fill out all fields presented to you as best you can and be as descriptive as possible when asked, it helps!

Please note that only a single submission per person per availability window will be accepted. This form cannot be edited once submitted, so please make sure to personally verify you have entered the correct information. The following documentation outlines the rules, regulations, and process of receiving a "Story Commission" from TheVoreEngineer, defined as a volume of words depicting the requested scenario and content as outlined within this form. These conditions are binding upon agreement, and cannot be altered without agreements from both parties involved with the transaction, being the Customer (you) and TheVoreEngineer.

1. By accepting these terms as laid out in this documentation, the customer both completely understands and accepts the rules and regulations as outlined. The customer understands that these terms cannot be altered unless explicitly stated otherwise.
   
   
2. If the following traits are exhibited by the customer, then the terms and conditions as outlined are voided, and any submission of this form will be deleted.
   
   
   1. Is not eighteen years of age.
      
   2. Cannot enter a legal contract within their jurisdiction.
   3. Cannot legally view, purchase or own pornographic material.
   4. Cannot legally engage in digital monetary transfers.
      
      
3. The following content is considered prohibited and cannot be requested for commission. Any commission request that features these themes or content will be ignored.
   
   
   1. Any sexual, voraphilic, or otherwise fetish content that features characters that are not at least 18 years of age, or physically resemble adolesents or children for their species. 
      
      
   2. Any depictions of individuals who either are or were alive in regards to real life. If provided with explicit permission from the individual being depicted, this may be ignored.
      
      
   3. Any depictions of Original characters, settings or other narrative elements from other creators works of art and fiction If provided with explicit permission from the owner of the content, this may be ignored.
      
      
   4. Any depictions of notably divise themes that relate to real life, such as religions, political institutions, or elements such as racism, sexism and other discrimination.
      
      
   5. Content that is intended to be made purely to cause emotional distress or discomfort.
      
      
4. In regards to regulation III-A, the act of aging up canonical characters to have them comply may be considered if the following terms are valid in regards to the character. If aging up occurs, the work is considered restricted and will not be published by any V. Engineer repository.
   
   
   1. The character design in any official media is not childlike or adolescent in physical or psychological nature.
      
      
   2. The character is within two years of age from no longer conflicting with term III-A.
      
      
   3. The story takes place in canonical time wherein the character would have had time to age to no longer conflict with term III-A.
      
      
   4. The decision has been approved. TheVoreEngineer retains all right to deny requests to age up characters based on personal preference.
       
      
5. The commission request as provided by the customer will be between 3,000 words and 10,000 words, with the understanding that due to both the fees associated with online transactions and fairness to all customers, any greater volume will need to be split between multiple slots.
   
   
6. The commission form once completed will be stored to be chosen upon the end of the current commission acceptance period. Upon the closing of the period, accepted commissions will have their customers reached out to on the platform of their choosing within 48 hours. Customers are not to change their communication details until this window is complete.
   
   
7. Upon communication and detail planning completion, the full cost of the commission will be charged immediately. All commissions are performed through the PayPal online transaction service, and prices are charged in the United States Dollar exclusively. Alternative forms of non-monetary payment such as art trades, digital goods or gift cards will not be accepted. If PayPal is unavailable in your region, please indicated this, and alternative payment methods may be able to be offered.
   
   
8. Once the transaction for a commission is paid for, refunds will only be provided at the discretion of TheVoreEngineer, which may not be garunteed based on circumstances. Upon delivery of at least 50% of the commissioned volume of words, refunds will not be granted under any circumstances.
   
   
9. Upon the completion of the commission, the written work will be provided in one or multiple the following formats as requested by the commissioner.
   
   
   1. PDF - Common use format, optimized for offline storage and immediate readability. Optionally comes with title page.
      
      
   2. RTF - Less common format, optimized for the website Eka's Portal (aryion.com) to be both readable on mobile and desktop devices.
      
      
   3. DOC - Mircosoft word document format, optimized for high word volume and personal editing.
      
      
   4. TXT - Raw text file, optimized for using text in aditional projects and minimal storage size.
      
      
10. Upon the completion of the commission, the work is now considered fully owned by the commissioner under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license. This allows for the sharing of the work freely with proper attribution. Resale or use of the work in commercial products is prohibited, which includes both direct sales, and any projects with funding options (Such as Patreon)*. Commissions that are shared in spaces that are not fetishistic in nature can attribute the work to one of the following names, "V. Engineer", "The Engineer", or "Engi".
    
    * If the customer wishes to use the work for commerical purposes, an option to indicate as such will be provided later in the form. This will modify the terms as laid out in this documentation.

13. The commission cannot be used on any service or product that violates the terms outlined in Term III-A, III-B, III-C, III-D & III-E.
    
    
14. If the commission is used in a paid product, such as a book, game or other media, TheVoreEngineer is reserved the right to be given a free copy of the work in question. TheVoreEngineer additionally reserves the right to both market any product utilizing the commission, as well as advertise their involvement with the product in question.
    
    
15. Failure to comply with Terms XII, XIII & XIV can result in a removal request of the content in question unless the removal of TheVoreEngineer produced material is removed.
