    Journey through the Decades

    Step back in time and turn up the volume at Vintage Vinyl, a high-energy summer music camp where the greatest sounds of the past and present come to life! Campers will explore iconic music from the 1960s through today, discovering how the music we know and love has evolved across the decades.

    Throughout the week, campers will learn songs from legendary artists and contemporary favorites and develop their instrumental and vocal skills. Along the way, they’ll gain insight into musical styles, songwriting, and the cultural impact behind the music.

    The camp experience culminates in a live performance where campers take the stage to showcase their repertoire, celebrating timeless tunes and modern classics alike. Vintage Vinyl is the perfect place to learn, play, and perform music that never goes out of style.
     
     

    AGES: 12-17

    WHEN: July 20th-23rd, 9:00 AM-4:00 PM & July 24th, 9:00 AM-2:00 PM

    *Breakfast provided daily at 8am

    *Voluntary Worship Service daily at 8:30am

    TUITION: $225 (limited scholarships available; discounts for 2+ children)

    Early Bird Special! $195 until March 15, 2026

    Students will participate in group lessons on either violin, viola, cello, guitar, mandolin, bluegrass instruments or voice. In addition, electives offered will be painting, drawing, digital art, drama, drums, American sign language, and songwriting. 

    Breakfast, a mid-morning snack, lunch, and a mid-afternoon snack will be served. Busing is available for those who live in Fayetteville and Oak Hill school districts.

  • Instrument Loan Policy

    Our instrument distribution system is designed to meet the needs of students within Coda Mountain Academy's various programs. A labeled instrument will be loaned to the student and a record will be made to identify which instrument goes to each child. While it is free to be loaned an instrument, it is required that the instrument be returned at the end of the camp. Failure to do so, will result in a fine equivalent to the cost of the loaned instrument.
  • Tools and Materials Waiver

    By signing below, I give my child permission to use building materials, such as wood, screws, nails, plastic/pvc, etc., as well as tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, tape measures, etc., as part of the camp experience. I understand that Coda Fine Arts Camp and Coda Mountain Academy will not be held liable for incidents or accidents regarding the use of tools and materials.

    I hereby consent for my child (or myself if 18 or older) to be photographed and/or videoed for Coda Mountain Academy. The resulting photographs or videos may be used without compensation to me by Coda Mountain Academy, or third parties for publications (including web sites, advertising, Facebook and/or publicity purposes) at the discretion of Coda Mountain Academy. I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished photograph, video and/or publication use.

    BUS POLICY: If you selected "My child will be a BUS RIDER," a signed note from the parent/guardian must be provided each time they will NOT be riding the bus home. BUS STUDENTS MAY NOT WALK OR CAR RIDE WITHOUT WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM PARENT/GUARDIAN. We CANNOT provide bussing for registration on Sunday.

    I, the undersigned, am the parent or legal guardian of this minor and have given my consent for him/her to participate in activities hosted by Coda Mountain Academy. In the event of injury, accident, illness or other emergency while participating in the camp, I consent to any reasonable medical treatment as deemed necessary by a licensed physician, emergency medical technicians, nurses, and laboratory technicians. In the event any treatment is required, which a physician and/or hospital personnel refuses to administer without my consent, I hereby authorize a Coda Mountain Academy associated adult supervisor to give such consent for me, if I cannot be reached by telephone at one of the numbers listed above, or because of an emergency in which there is no time or opportunity to make a telephone call. In the event it becomes necessary for that person to give consent for me, I agree to hold such person, other associated adults and Coda Mountain Academy free and harmless of claims, demands, or suits for damages which may arise from the giving of such consent. I also acknowledge that I accept to be ultimately responsible for the cost of any medical care whether or not the cost of that medical care will be reimbursed by my health insurance provider. I further authorize disclosure of medical information by a treating physician to the camp director or associated adult supervisor as permitted by The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). I also understand that although the students will be supervised by Coda Mountain Academy staff, I do assume the risk in my student’s participation in the event and transportation to and from the event if applicable. I acknowledge that I will not seek to have Coda Mountain Academy held liable in the event that any accident, injury, loss of property or any other circumstance or incident occurs during or as a result of my son’s/daughter’s participation in the summer camp. This release of liability includes accident, injury, loss, or damages to the student, as well as, to other individuals or property which may result from the student’s participation in the event. I hereby release and agree to hold harmless Coda Mountain Academy, its officials, agents and employees, from any claims arising out of my son’s/daughter’s participation in this event.

  • CAMP TUITION

    Tuition is $225 per child. Discounts are applied for 2+ children. *If your child is planning to attend both Explore and Fine Arts camps, each camp must be paid for separately within each camp's registration form.
