Award Details
- Funding may be spent on physical purchases that have a direct impact on SANE programs. Eligible items include colposcopes, exam lighting, cameras, carts for storage of SANE supplies, and other patient exam supplies. We are open to your creative applications!
- Spending such as overheard expenses, indirect costs, and personnel are not eligible for funding.
- Funding is available for awards of up to $5,000 per organization.
- Funding will be provided as reimbursements. For applications that are accepted, the facility will make the purchases after being approved for the funding and submit them for reimbursement.

Application and Funding Timeline
- Applications open December 16, 2025 - January 19, 2026
- Applications under review January 20, 2026 - February 20, 2026
- Funding award notices by February 27, 2026
- Spending complete with receipts submitted for reimbursement by June 30, 2026
- Reimbursements processed within 30 days of receiving valid receipts.
- A report of what was purchased and its use is due by August 31, 2026. We look forward to seeing and sharing the great work recipients are doing!
