Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At ELcleaning, we reserve a specific time slot for every client to ensure the highest hospitality standards. When a cancellation occurs at the last minute, it impacts our team and prevents other clients from receiving service.
Our Policy:
More than 24 hours notice: No charge. You may reschedule or cancel your appointment freely.
Less than 24 hours notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged 100% of the service total.
Unable to Access (Lock-outs): If our team arrives and cannot access the property (e.g., no key provided, building security denies entry), the appointment will be considered a late cancellation and charged at 100%.
