This form will not ask you for payment but must be filled out by each contestant to use for the program book, the state offices to know what categories you wish to enter in, by the judges during interview, and by the emcee while you are doing your formal/beauty walk. Complete THIS entry form in FULL and MAIL with your required DEPOSIT and PICTURE for the program ON OR BEFORE February 20th postmark. In signing this entry form above I understand the entire contents of this packet and agree with all rules and regulations stated therein and on the policies page of www.TNPageants.com I agree for my minor child (or myself age 18 +) to compete and understand all rules and policies. I understand there are NO REFUNDS offered of any kind. This includes forwarding of fees paid for this event to another event or transferring of funds paid to another contestant is not permitted. I release and hold harmless Tennessee Festival Pageants, AmeriFest LLC, judges, staff, and ALL other parties affiliated with this pageant from ALL responsibility for any issues traveling to/from/during the event including but not limited to accidents, falls, sickness, or injury. I agree that any photos submitted or taken during the event may be used for advertising purposes on the website, print, or social media. I understand and agree that all Teen or Miss winners, if they become pregnant or get married during their reign, they will step down from their duties and the next highest score (mini supreme) will assume the title and continue the reign. I agree that if I acquire a title that prohibits me from representing Tennessee Festivals to the fullest, my title and duties will be passed down to the next highest score/title winner. I understand and agree that if I win a Grand Supreme title I am required to attend functions and will attend the following year to crown my predecessor. I certify that all information listed is correct and accurate and I certify that my age and residence is accurate. I understand that providing false statements on this form will result in disqualification. If age is questioned at the pageant and you do not have a legal, certified copy of age verification such as a birth certification, your title could be in jeopardy at the event. Lying about a legal age, and accepting gifts under the pretense is consid- ered theft by deception. I understand that Amerifest LLC reserves the right to (1) to decline any advertising submitted; (2) reserves the right to combine age divisions; (3) guaran- tee the return of photos physically submitted (4) reserves the right to substitute any gifts or prizes for those of equal or greater value; (5) is not responsible for any lost or stolen items; (6) does not issue any refunds of any kind and any payments received are NON TRANSFERABLE to any other event or contestant; (7) Sales Tax (where applicable) is included in all charges; and (8) winners are responsible for any taxes of substantial gifts if applicable, and AmeriFest is not liable for those tax reporting of gifts received (9) ANY contestant or their party exemplifying ANY behavior deemed unsuitable for the reputation of the system will me excused from their reign (or the event on site) and forfeit prizes. The next highest titleholder will finish the reign. Anyone over the age of 16 may not have anyone in dressing area with them. Ages 16 and younger may have one female present.

A fun way to earn your fees paid and lots of awesome prizes is to sell good luck pages/Ads for the program. The pages may be sold to family members, businesses or anyone who wants to sponsor you! They may be business advertisements or pages to say "good luck". You set the ad up the way you want it to appear or the business will give you an ad-We do not accept email ads! We can use busi- ness cards, letterheads, coupons, or make ads on your com- puter or photo kiosks from Wal-Mart, CVS, etc. If you have questions please email us at amerifeststudios@gmail.com or courtneyamerifest@gmail.com .

Ads must be postmarked by 2/20 or handed in @ AmeriFest Studios Richmond Mall or sub- mitted online (see state page) Program Book Size is 8.5x11 Ads will be printed b&w, but you can submit color. We do not accept emailed ads. Program books are sold by reservation only. Ads are only guaranteed if postmarked by 2/20 or turned in online 2/22. We will make every effort to print your ad as received. Mailed ads no staples or tape. Ads must be ready to scan. No laminations.

All ads must be paid for before they are printed. There is a 4% charge on all ads paid with credit card. You may also use check or money order when paying by 02/20. Wal-Mart Chances You may sell raffle chances on a $100 Walmart gift card that we draw for at the pageant. Tickets are $1 each and all money goes toward your fees it's that simple! Want to win the prizes below too-OK ! Sell 200 chances you get the gifts for 2 pages, and so on ! Bring chances to the pageant cut up and ready to turn in.

Everyone who sells 10 pages will qualify for Nationals 2026. Ambassadors will receive the State Entry Fee FREE, extra supreme titles FREE, optional categories FREE, 2 weekend passes, 1 program book, rhinestone crown or boys crown, $25 gas card, crown pin and monogrammed Ambassador custom sash, 1 complimentary night at the Host Hotel (you must make your own reservation at the group rate and will be reimbursed), photo on back cover of program, and bling blanket!

Your choice of ONE of the following (Must specify which gift on entry form or jewelry will be given) New Bicycle, Diamond accent Jewelry, Digital Camera, American Girl Doll, Family Game Night Basket, Choice of trip to Orlando, Myrtle Beach, Daytona, or Vegas. (This is an earned title and in no way affects any area of competition at the pageant) All ads must be sent by 02/20 postmarked or submitted online by 2/22. REMINDER: You must go ahead and make your room reservations in your name you will be reimbursed the amount of the contracted discount price + room tax only for one night at the Host Hotel Any Ambassador status must have on time ads.

GRAND Ambassador Supreme: The #1 top selling contestant, selling the most ads for the entire weekend will win an amazing prize package. The Grand Ambassador winner must have sold a minimum of 15 pages and must have all ads with full payment postmarked by 02/20 or online by 2/22. In addition to the Pageant Ambassador Awards, the ONE contestant with the most ad pages/sponsor amount will also receive on stage recognition, a full page photo ad in the program book, Upgraded supreme sash, a 5 day Cancun or Hawaii vacation, PLUS bragging rights as GRAND AMBASSADOR.

Our host resort is the Music Road Resort nestled in Pigeon Forge, TN where there are so many fun things for families to do! We have a program to earn your stay FREE through sponsorship (if you choose to do so) for our amazing raffle prize package. This is totally optional but could help with all of your travel expenses-and who knows, maybe YOU will win the raffle! The only way to ensure parking at the venue is if you are staying at the resort, there is NO parking available for those not staying on the property. But we would LOVE for everyone to be onsite all weekend as we have amazing plans each night for our families.

Use the ticket template on the second page to send chances to friends, family, co-workers, even yourself!! Tickets are $5 each-so sell just 60 raffle chances and you have covered 2 nights at this amaz- ing resort! If you wish to sell even more raffles, you could cover your hotel taxes or even your gas money. Or make a longer weekend out of your stay with an additional night. Simply bring the raffle tickets with you to pageant registration, we will draw for the package on Sunday! Additional raffle chances may be printed from the website or simply make copies of this sheet.
