RE:FAIR GALLERY FORM

RE:FAIR launches its inaugural edition in 2026, positioning itself as a forward-thinking platform dedicated to contemporary photography.
Hosted in the heart of Charlottenburg, the fair will welcome 20 exhibitors from diverse contexts, each contributing a distinct perspective to today’s photographic landscape. Designed as a space for discovery, RE:FAIR foregrounds curatorial projects that investigate materiality, dematerialisation, and the influence of emerging technologies on artistic production.

Beyond the exhibition booths, RE:FAIR offers exclusive events, professional encounters, and strategic media visibility through a network of partners activated from the launch of the Open Call.

Participation is open to galleries and project spaces aiming to present their program to an engaged and knowledgeable audience. Please complete this application form carefully to be considered for RE:FAIR.

 

 

 

STEP 1 : Applicant Information

Please ensure all information is accurate and up to date.

 

 

Step 2 : Project Presentation
Upload a dossier including:

- Conceptual Framework
- Visual Narrative & Methodology
- Production Process & Material

Step 3 : Documentation

Provide:

- 8–15 visuals (images, video stills, renders)
- Caption list (title, medium, dimensions, year)

 

III — Gallery / Project Space Profile
Include:

- Biography 
- Past Fairs Participation
- Awards or Distinctions
 

For the first edition, RE:FAIR Berlin charged Euros 95 per square meter. Detailed charges are set out in the terms and conditions.

IV / Confirmation & Signature
Successful applicants will receive an official acceptance letter outlining:

Participation terms
- Booth / project specifications
- Financial structure
- Production timeline
