1. Assumption of Risk
Firearm handling and firearm training involve inherent and serious risks including but not limited to:
- Serious bodily injury
- Permanent disability
- Hearing damage
- Property damage
- Accidental discharge
- Death
I understand and acknowledge these risks and voluntarily choose to participate.

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In consideration for being allowed to participate in training conducted by Beyond The Range LLC, I hereby release, waive, and discharge:
- Beyond The Range LLC
- Its owner(s), employees, and instructors
- Any range, bay, classroom, or facility utilized (including Main Line Armory LLC)
from any and all liability, claims, actions, or demands related to injuries, damages, losses, or death arising from my participation—even if caused by negligence.

3. RANGE/FACILITY RULES & COMPLIANCE
I agree to comply with:
- All range rules and instructions
- All commands issued by Beyond The Range instructors
- All commands issued by Main Line Armory staff
- All federal, state, and local laws governing firearms possession
I understand that failure to follow safety commands or range rules will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

4. FITNESS & LEGAL ELIGIBILITY

- I am legally permitted to own or possess a firearm.
- I am not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or impairing substances.
- I am mentally and physically capable of safely participating.

5. AMMUNITION & EQUIPMENT POLICY
I understand that:
- Only factory-new brass-cased ammunition is permitted.
- Reloaded, steel-cased, or surplus ammo is prohibited.
- I am responsible for bringing required gear unless otherwise stated.
- Ammunition is not included in training sessions and must be purchased separately at the range if needed.

6. FINANCIAL / RESCHEDULE / NO-SHOW POLICY
I understand and agree that:
- All services must be paid in full at booking.
- There are no refunds, under any circumstance.
- Reschedules 48+ hours before the session transfer 100% of my payment.
- Reschedules under 48 hours result in 50% forfeiture to cover facility charges.
- No-shows result in full forfeiture.

7. MEDIA RELEASE (OPTIONAL)
Beyond The Range may occasionally capture photos/videos for marketing purposes.

8. PARENT/GUARDIAN CONSENT (if participant is a minor)

Minors must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
Guardian certifies:
- They will be present for the entire session
- They assume full responsibility for the minor
- They accept all risks listed in this agreement
