Once you submit this interest form, you will be added to the potential mentor list within the RBA.

In early 2026, the Mentorship Coordination Team will meet and begin the process of "matching" mentors and mentees.

It is expected that an agreement will be prepared for participants to sign which includes the following items:

1. Only engage in positive and supportive conversations with mentees/mentors.

2. No sharing of confidential or privileged information.

3. Neither attorney is providing legal advice.

4. Avoid any unprofessional or inappropriate communications.

5. Pledge to meet at least quarterly, at least twice in person.

6. Mentees are expected to take the lead in setting up meetings with mentors, and be prepared with 2-3 topics for discussion.

7. This program is voluntary, participants can withdraw at any time.
