You can complete your Summer Forecasting Form or upload your invoice/velocity report to claim your rebate. Items forecasted on/before Mar 31 are eligible to receive a $2 rebate/case (Milk & Rural Meal Boxes are$.50/case.) Items forecasted on/before April 30 are eligible to receive a $1 rebate/case (Milk & Rural Meal Boxes are $.25/case.) All deliveries must be made between ship week of 5/4/26 through ship week of 7/13/26.
