EXAMPLE CALCULATION: SAFETY ACHIEVEMENT AWARD - INCIDENCE RATE

2024 Total Recordable Incident Rate (OSHA Statistics)   1.4
2023 Total Recordable Incident Rate (OSHA Statistics) +1.9
2022 Total Recordable Incident Rate (OSHA Statistics) +2.7
                                                                                                    6

    Previous 3 Year Average Total Recordable Incident Rate (2022,2023,2024) 6 = 2                                                                                                                                       3

2025 Total Recordable Incident Rate (OSHA Statistics) = 1.2

    % Reduction = 3 Year Average Rate - 2025 Rate X 100 = (2.0-1.2) X 100 = 40%
                                       3 Year Average Rate                               2
