1. Participation Agreement
By participating as a vendor in this event/market (“Event”), the Vendor agrees to comply with all Event rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the Event Organizer. Vendor spaces are non-transferable.
2. Hold Harmless & Liability Waiver
The Vendor acknowledges that participation in the Event is voluntary and assumes all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to loss, theft, damage, or injury.
The Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Event Organizer, its employees, volunteers, contractors, partners, and venue/property owners from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to:
The Vendor’s participation in the Event
Vendor products, equipment, or materials
Actions of the Vendor, Vendor employees, contractors, or representatives
The Event Organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage to Vendor property.
Vendor agrees to:
Arrive during designated setup times and be ready at the start of the Event
Keep their space clean and safe at all times
Staff their booth for the duration of the Event
Follow all health, safety, and fire regulations
Remove all items and trash at the end of the Event
The Organizer reserves the right to remove any vendor who does not comply.
5. Payment & Refund Policy
Vendor fees are non-refundable, unless the Event is canceled by the Organizer. If a Vendor cancels or no-shows, no refund or credit will be issued.
6. Product Responsibility
Vendor is solely responsible for ensuring the legality, safety, quality, and proper labeling of their products. Vendors selling food, beverages, or body products must comply with all applicable laws and permitting requirements.
7. Photography & Media Release
Vendor grants permission to the Organizer to use photographs, video, or other media containing the Vendor’s booth or products for promotional purposes without compensation.
