  • This application in no way implies or guarantees that a space will be offered to you.  All applications are subject to review and approval.  An agreement or confirmation will be sent to all successful applicants.  Unsuccessful applicants will be notified by email.

    Fees and Terms:  

    The lease fee you will be charged is only for the space provided.  This covers your particpation for the entire event. We do not provide tents, tables or chairs.  If you require additional space you will need to purchase an additional spot at the same price unless a special rate is negotiated in advance.  You must have staff present during all fair hours of operation and you must particpate for all event days.  Included will be 2 general entry passes and 1 parking pass.  All vendors will be required to provide proof of $2 million in general liability insurance.

    Payment is due once you have been notified that you have been selected to participate.  NO REFUNDS.  All booths must comply with the guidelines of the Cloverdale Rodeo, City of Surrey, Surrey Fire Department or Fraser Health Authority.
