    for ALL BASC Teams -- January 1st - June 30th (Spring 2026)
  • SUBMISSION & SCHEDULING

    • All sessions must be requested via this online JotForm.
    • All requests must be submitted at least 13 days in advance of the first session.
    • Fields are limited and will be assigned in the order requests are received.
    • Fields are assigned as either a full or half field, no matter the size of the field.
    • Teams will be given precedence for turf, when grass is closed, by the order in which the request was originally received.
    • When grass is closed, as many teams as possible will be fit on turf. This may result in your team not getting its normally requested field size. The goal will be to only move your field size up or down one size (11v11 to 9v9) but reserve the right to move it two as a last case scenario if needed.
    • Available timeslots are 6pm and 7:30pm, Monday – Friday.
    • Sessions will be assigned through GotSport. Your field assignments will be found in your GotSport account the same as league games. (Team Management / Matches).
    • All sessions will be scheduled at ISSC, but with a slightly different complex name than what is used for games (ISSC – Internal Scheduling ONLY).

     

  • This form must be submitted no less than 13 days before the first requested date.

    Available timeslots are 6pm and 7:30pm, Monday - Friday.

    All U15 teams (2011 birth year) and older are required to select the 7:30pm timeslot.

    Sessions will be assigned through GotSport. Your field assignments will be found in your GotSport account the same as league games.

  • Price Per field:

    • TURF - Half Field ($25 per session)
    • GRASS - Half Field ($17.50 per session)
    • GRASS - Full Field ($35 per session) must have two or more teams
  • We will do our best to accomodiate your requested field type above, but reserve the right to place your team on either turf, grass, or a combination of both throughout the season, depending on what is available.

  • CANCELLATIONS

    Cancellations for anything besides extreme weather will need to be submitted via email no less than 48 hours in advance. If cancelled within the 48 hours, the team will be charged for the session. 

    Extreme weather cancellations must be submitted via email by noon the day of of the cancellation to not be chareged for the session. If a team no shows, or submits their request after the noon deadline, they will be charged for the session.

  • CANCELLATIONS

    • All cancellations will need to be submitted via an email to games@basoccer.club with the date and session number specified within the email.
    • Cancellations for anything besides extreme weather will need to be submitted no less than 48 hours in advance.
    • Extreme weather cancellations need to be submitted by noon the day of the extreme weather, to not be charged for the session.
    • If a team no shows or cancels after the specified deadline, the team will be charged for the session.
    • If the lightning detectors prevent a session from happening, the team will not be charged for the session.

  • PAYMENTS

    Each team will be billed the first week of the month for the prevous months sessions. All payments are due Net 10 days from the date of the invoice. If a payment is not made within the 10 day period, all future sessions will be suspended until payment is received by BASC.

  • PAYMENTS

    • Teams will be billed within the first week of the month for the prior month’s usage with a net 10-day payment requirement. 
    • If the outstanding balance is not paid in full within the 10 days, all future sessions will be suspended until the payment is received.
    • Invoices will be emailed to the teams Head Coach.
