I’m asking for your availability simply to set up an initial poll — these are not the final dates. You’ll have the chance to choose again once the poll is shared with everyone who has paid a deposit between 6 and 18 January. For now, please be generous with the times you offer. Finding a pattern that works across time zones is challenging, and your flexibility will help us shape a schedule that can genuinely hold the whole group.

Because some people joining may be outside the UK, the group may need to meet earlier in the day (possibly 2pm UK time). Are you available in the afternoons?
