Montgomery County CCP - Voucher Request

Thank you for your interest in the Montgomery County Community Cat Program. This program is funded by the taxpayers of Montgomery County to help lower the intake rate at the Montgomery County Animal Shelter. Due to the limited funding for this program, we are now issuing vouchers.

This is a request for 1 voucher. You must fill out an additional Voucher Application if you need an additional voucher.

To qualify:

If you are affiliated with a rescue organization, you are ineligible for this program unless you have expressed written permission from Montgomery County.
You must be a resident of Montgomery County excluding the City of Conroe or the City of Willis. Proof of residence is required.
The cat must be trapped in Montgomery County excluding the City of Conroe or the City of Willis.
The person filling out this form must drop off the cat and will be required to show a photo id matching the address submitted. This address must be in Montgomery County excluding the City of Conroe or the City of Willis.
You must have a voucher prior to making an appointment.
You must make an appointment. We no longer accept walk-ins.
The cat must arrive at the clinic in a live humane trap.
The cat will not receive a vet exam prior to surgery and will be ear tipped.
TLC does not combo-test community cats.
Limit 2 vouchers per calendar month per household.
Vouchers must be used within 30 days of issuance.
This program is very popular. We are limited to a finite number of vouchers per month. Vouchers are issued on a first come, first serve basis. All emails will be responded to within 3 business days.

We must work within the guidelines of this program. Please do not make threats about harming animals. People threatening to harm animals will be reported to law enforcement immediately.

Texas Litter Control reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
