Implementation Start Date is the date that the property is added to the ProfitSword system. This is used for billing purposes.
Available Rooms Effective Date

MonthDayYear
The Available Rooms Effective Date can be different than the Hotel Activation Date. This date should reflect the first day of data that will be loaded within ProfitSword. It could be historical data from the prior year or it could be the date of the first PMS/POS import.
Accounting System Company Code*
This code will be used as the Site ID within ProfitSword. Once entered within ProfitSword, this is unable to be changed. (If the property has already been created as a Temporary Property to use the current Site ID, any change to the Accounting System Company Code may result in a new property being created within ProfitSword.)
