- 1. Introduction
  Welcome to the Accelerated Strategies 2025 Christmas Referral Program. By participating in our Referral Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. "We," "our," or "us" refers to Accelerated Strategies, and "you" or "your" refers to the program participant.
  
  2. Program Participation
  - Participation in the Referral Program is open to all existing clients of Accelerated Strategies who are in good standing.
  - To participate, you must agree to these Terms, which become binding upon your participation.
  - Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
    By submitting a referral to us, you are agreeing to this terms and conditions of our referral program.
  - Should the referring client join the Accelerated Strategies Affiliate program, the Terms and Conditions to the Affiliate Program shall supercede this Referral Program Terms & Conditions. Please note that the Affiliate program is a separate program from the Referral Program.
  3. Referral Rewards
  - For each qualifying referral, the referrer shall receive a $100 Amazon Gift Card or of equivalent value of another retailer. Such reward shall be paid to the referrer no later than 2 business days after a qualified referral has been identified.
  - The referred client must not have been previously registered with Accelerated Strategies under any email address or alias.
  - Rewards are subject to verification and will be credited to your account within 1-2 business days.
    All referrals must be submitted through this page and its form for the referring client to receive credit. There will be no exception to this rule.
  - The referrer with the most amount of qualifying referral by the end of December 31st, 2025 at 11:59pm CST shall also receive a $1000 USD cash bonus in addition to the previous gift card awards.
  - In lieu of receiving the $100 Amazon Gift Card, you waive the participation of the $1,000 referral bonus when the referred individual enrolls. You may opt-out to receive the $100 Amazon Gift Cards if you would rather receive the $1,000 referral bonuses when your referrals enroll to the Accelerated Strategies Core program.
  4. Qualifying Referral
  - A qualifying referral is defined as a referred individual who:
  - Schedules a call with the Accelerated Strategies enrollment team and has been determined to be financial qualified for the Accelerated Payoff concept.
  - The referral candidate must meet the Accelerated Strategies' qualification criteria based on FICO credit score, Debt-to-Income ratio (DTI), surplus cashflow, and/or likelihood for savings potential.
  - The qualification criteria, while unlikely, may change at anytime as deemed by Accelerated Strategies' ability to enroll a client under the impression that the client would likely to be successful with the program.
  5. Limitations
  - You may not refer yourself or create multiple accounts to earn referral rewards.
  - Accelerated Strategies reserves the right to verify and adjust referral credits at any time.
  - You may not refer individuals or clients who are already engaged with Accelerated Strategies as a prospective client. A prospect client is someone who has already registered for our webinars, events, books, and consultation calls through our website opt-in forms.
  6. Privacy
  - Participants agree to handle all personal information of referred individuals in accordance with Accelerated Strategies' Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations.
  - By you sharing the contact information of the referral, we promise to maintain the highest level of security to protect all individual's right to privacy.
  - We will contact your referral on your behalf using your email address and name as an identifier. On our initial contact to the referral, the referral may choose to opt-out or discontinue receiving communications from us.
  7. Termination and Changes
  - Accelerated Strategies reserves the right to terminate the Referral Program or a participant's ability to participate in the program at any time for any reason.
  - We also reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
  - We reserve to terminate your participation of the referral program with or without reason. Upon termination, you will forfeit any referral rewards and bonuses that are pending.
  8. Limitation of Liability
  - Accelerated Strategies is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of information, for problems related to any of the equipment or programming associated with the Program or utilized by the participant, for any human error, for any interruption, deletion, omission, defect, or line failure of any telephone network or electronic transmission, for problems relating to computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or website, for any other technical or non-technical error or malfunction.
  9. Governing Law
  These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Illinois.
