Because I'm hosting this in my backyard, it won't be typical table setup. I've turned my greenhouse into a pop-up bookshop and will be offering all the authors space in there for books. I do have two 6ft tables that will be set up (shared between two authors/3ft of space each) for a small number of books/promotional material. You're still welcome to bring your banners/free-standing stuff as well! Any questions/concerns?
I understand that this event is zero-cost for authors and is currently run on an honour system, with no deposit required. If I am accepted and agree to attend, I promise to show up on time on the agreed date, or give the event host minimum 2 weeks prior notice should I need to cancel. (Failure to do so will result in a $150 non-refundable deposit being required in order to attend any future events.)
