If you are applying to multiple event dates, please clearly list the book info for each. (You may have certain books that work better for certain months/themes, such as a holiday edition for December.)
If accepted, I agree to send a voice message run-through of myself reading my segment of choice at least 7 days prior to the event, and to provide a digital copy of my book (so readers can practice their parts) at least 30 days before the event.

I understand that, if accepted, each event requires a $150 deposit to reserve my spot, due at least 30 days prior to the event date. This amount will be refunded to me after my participation in the event. This deposit becomes non-refundable should I withdraw my participation for any reason. (It may be possible to use the deposit for a future event date ONLY if a replacement author can be found.)
