  • Your generous gift will help support our efforts to educate students and community members about the importance of agriculture.

Our Ag in the Classroom (AITC) program, provided at no charge, continues to expand in our schools and with our community partners (e.g., Belvidere YMCA, Discovery Center Museum, Belvidere Park District, and Rockford Park District’s Lockwood Park).  Last year, our AITC program presented over 2,500 programs in 45 area schools.  AITC concluded the school year with over 58,000 student interactions and the program continues to grow.

The Foundation awarded $18,000 in scholarships to students studying an agricultural related field for the 2025-26 academic year with over $282,000 given in scholarships since 1990.

We continue to offer summer internship opportunities for high school seniors and college students to strengthen their skills for their future careers in agriculture.

The Winnebago-Boone Farm Bureau Foundation is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization; therefore, your donation is tax deductible within IRS guidelines.
