Welcome to the amazing world of Royal Family KIDS Anchorage! Our parent company, For The Children (previously RFK Inc.), is an international organization started in 1985, which provides a loving, week-long camping experience for children who are part of the foster care system. RFK Anchorage is operated with an all-volunteer staff serving over 10,000 volunteer hours each year.
We Need You!

This is where you may come in. Listed below are opportunities to serve these children. RFK needs a tremendous number of volunteers to accommodate the needs of these children. At RFK, we call our camp counselors "Cousins" to keep with the family theme. Each Cousin is paired with another Cousin, and together, they are responsible for four children. This creates their family pod. There are many other roles: 2nd Cousins (assistant counselors), activity center staff, lakefront staff, logistics team, photography team, Dean of Men and Women, plus many, many other options. Consider your week of Royal Family KIDS Anchorage as a "mission trip," but you're not boarding a plane.
