    The Magis Award honors an individual whose pursuit of excellence and innovation embodies the Jesuit spirit of “the more.” This person continually seeks the greater good — discerning how best to serve, lead and improve their sphere of influence while respecting balance and limits.

    • Demonstrates exceptional initiative, creativity or leadership in advancing institutional goals
    • Seeks continual growth and encourages it in others
