GAAR S.A.L.E.S Award of the Year

Nomination forms must be submitted by Thursday, January 29th, 2026 by 5:00 p.m. Nominations received after that date will not be eligible for consideration. REALTOR® Members may only submit one nomination per award.

Award winners will be announced at the Annual GAAR Awards Gala on Friday, March 6th, 2026, to be held at the Albuquerque Marriott Pyramid North. 

Nomination Category: GAAR S.A.L.E.S. Award (formerly the Salesperson of the Year Award)

Criteria to Consider

1.  Must be a REALTOR® in good standing with GAAR, NMAR and NAR for a minimum of four (4) years.

2.  Demonstrate active participation in the REALTOR® organization (GAAR and SWMLS) on a local, state, and/or national level during the tenure of your REALTOR® membership.

3.  Must exemplify the REALTOR® spirit by consistently upholding the highest professional standards, sharing valuable industry knowledge, and contributing to excellence in real estate.

4.  Must demonstrate production and industry achievements with a notable level of production in excess of $5,000,000 in 2025. Production must be verfied by nominee's Qualifying Broker.
