      • support - assitance with issues before during or after travel including bookings accomidations tours and rental arangments
    • Client Responsibilities

      • Provide accurate and up-to-date information 
      • Contact local governments and transportation to verify passport/visa/ID requirements as soon as possible, but no later than 60 days before travel
      • Review all documents for accuracy
      • Communicate needs and issues
      • Make all payments on time
      • Stay informed - check updates on flights, accommodations, tours, rentals, and advisories(health/weather). Our agents will do their best to keep our clients informed of changing situations, but it is the client's responsibility to check and verify 
    • Agent responsibilities

      • Provide professional service
      • Review all documents with clients for accuracy
      • Review and confirm that clients have filled out and signed all required documents 
      • Review and confirm all payments have been made, processed, and processed
      • Assist clients with questions, concerns, and complaints throughout the duration of travel

    • Fees and Payment

      • Service Fees
        The Client agrees to pay all service fees associated with travel planning provided by BlinX. These fees cover research, itinerary development, communication, booking assistance, and related planning services. Service fees are non-refundable once planning has begun.
      • Deposits & Payments
        Travel suppliers—including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, rail services, and activity vendors—may require deposits or full payment at the time of booking. The Client is responsible for submitting payments by the deadlines provided. Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation, loss of reservations, or price increases.
      • Price Changes
        All travel quotes are subject to change until a deposit or full payment has been processed by the supplier. BlinX is not responsible for price increases due to supplier changes, limited availability, or delays in payment.
      • Refunds & Cancellations
        Refunds, credits, or cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of each travel supplier. BlinX does not guarantee refunds for any portion of travel arrangements that are non-refundable. The Client acknowledges that cancelation penalties may apply.
      • Chargebacks & Disputes
        The Client agrees not to file a chargeback for any charges related to authorized travel purchases or BlinX service fees. Any disputes must be addressed directly with BlinX and/or the applicable travel supplier.
      • Client Authorization
        By submitting payment information, the Client authorizes BlinX and relevant travel suppliers to process charges for agreed-upon travel arrangements. The Client is responsible for reviewing all invoices and confirmations for accuracy.
      • Travel Insurance
        Travel insurance is strongly recommended. The Client acknowledges that without travel insurance, they assume full financial responsibility for losses related to trip delays, medical emergencies, cancellations, interruptions, or other unforeseen events.
    • Booking/Changes/Cancelations 

      • Booking Process
        BlinX will begin securing reservations only after receiving the Client’s completed intake form and any required planning fees or deposits. All bookings are made on behalf of the Client with third-party travel suppliers and are subject to each supplier’s terms, availability, and policies.
      • Accuracy of Information
        The Client is responsible for providing accurate legal names, birthdates, passport details, contact information, and any other required data for all travelers. Any fees, penalties, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information are the Client’s responsibility.
      • Confirmation of Reservations
        Once bookings are made, the Client will receive confirmation details for review. The Client agrees to check all reservations for accuracy within 24 hours and notify BlinX immediately of any discrepancies. After 24 hours, supplier-imposed change fees may apply and are the Client’s responsibility.
      • Changes Requested by the Client
        Any changes—including dates, travelers, room types, activities, transportation, or upgrades—must be requested in writing. All changes are subject to supplier approval and may result in additional fees or price differences. BlinX does not control supplier pricing or modification policies.
      • Changes Made by Suppliers
        Suppliers may modify itineraries, schedules, accommodations, or transportation due to operational issues, weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. BlinX will notify the Client of any changes as soon as they are known and will assist in exploring alternatives when possible, but is not liable for supplier decisions.
      • Rebooking & Additional Planning Services
        Significant itinerary revisions—such as changing destinations, travel dates, or major components of a trip—may require additional planning fees. The Client will be informed of any applicable fees before additional work is performed.
      • Missed Deadlines
        Failure by the Client to meet documentation or payment deadlines may result in canceled reservations. BlinX is not responsible for cancellations or extra costs caused by late responses, incomplete information, or unpaid balances.
      • Cancellations Initiated by the Client
        All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellation policies vary by supplier, and the Client is responsible for any penalties, fees, or non-refundable amounts imposed by airlines, hotels, tour operators, rail services, or other vendors. BlinX service fees are non-refundable once planning has begun.
      • Cancellations Initiated by Suppliers
        If a supplier cancels or significantly alters part of the Client’s trip, BlinX will assist in securing refunds, credits, or alternative arrangements as permitted by the supplier. The Client understands that remedies are based solely on supplier policies, and BlinX cannot guarantee refunds or reimbursements.
      • Travel Insurance & Protection
        BlinX strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect against losses related to trip cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances. Without travel insurance, the Client assumes full financial responsibility for any non-refundable or non-recoverable expenses.
    • Legal and Liability

      • Role of BlinX as an Independent Agent
        BlinX acts solely as a travel planning service and booking intermediary between the Client and independent travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, rail services, car rental companies, and activity providers. BlinX does not own, operate, or control any third-party suppliers and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, or performance.
      • Limitation of Liability
        BlinX is not liable for any personal injury, illness, property damage, accidents, delays, cancellations, overbookings, natural disasters, strikes, acts of government, acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond our control. The Client agrees that participation in any travel activities is at their own risk.
      • Supplier Responsibility
        All travel components are subject to the terms, conditions, and liability limits of the respective travel suppliers. The Client agrees to review and comply with all supplier rules, policies, and requirements, including but not limited to check-in times, documentation requirements, and safety guidelines.
      • Client Responsibility
        The Client is responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, including passports, visas, health records, and any destination-specific entry requirements. BlinX is not responsible for losses or denied boarding resulting from incomplete or invalid documentation.
      • Travel Advisories & Risks
        The Client acknowledges that travel may involve risks, including but not limited to health risks, political instability, or hazardous conditions. It is the Client’s responsibility to review government-issued travel advisories prior to departure. BlinX is not liable for any losses resulting from traveling to locations under advisory or experiencing unforeseen events.
      • Force Majeure
        BlinX shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations when such failure is due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, civil unrest, or supplier failures.
      • Indemnification
        The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BlinX, its owners, agents, and employees from any claims, demands, losses, or damages arising from participation in travel activities, breach of agreement, inaccurate information provided by the Client, or actions of third-party suppliers.
      • Dispute Resolution
        Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be addressed in good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through mediation or arbitration in the state of the agency’s principal business location unless otherwise required by law. The Client agrees that legal claims cannot exceed the total amount of planning fees paid to BlinX.
      • Governing Law
        This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which BlinX operates.
        Acknowledgment of Agreement
        By engaging BlinX for travel planning services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms within this Legal and Liability section.
    • Finish and Sign  
    • General Provisions

      • Entire Agreement
        This Agreement represents the complete understanding between BlinX and the Client. It supersedes all prior discussions, communications, or agreements—whether written or verbal—related to the travel planning services provided.
      • Amendments
        No modification or amendment to this Agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and agreed to by both parties. Verbal changes are not binding.
      • Severability
        If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a legally enforceable term that most closely reflects the original intent.
      • Assignment
        The Client may not transfer or assign their rights or obligations under this Agreement without written consent from BlinX. BlinX may assign responsibilities to authorized agents or partners as needed to perform services.
      • Notices
        Any required notices or communications shall be provided in writing via email to the address provided by the Client. Notices are deemed delivered upon sending unless a delivery failure notice is received.
      • No Guarantee of Availability
        All travel components are subject to vendor availability at the time of booking. BlinX makes no guarantee that specific accommodations, prices, or travel options will remain available.
      • Relationship of Parties
        Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, employer-employee relationship, or legal partnership between the Client and BlinX. BlinX acts solely as an independent travel advisor and booking intermediary.
      • Waiver
        Failure by BlinX to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights under this Agreement.
      • Headings
        Section headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of this Agreement.
      • Electronic Signature
        Electronic signatures or acceptance through digital forms/platforms shall be deemed legally binding and equivalent to handwritten signatures for the purposes of this Agreement.
