Clone of Doyle Pargin Lifetime Achievement Award

Nomination forms must be submitted by Thursday, January 29th, 2026 by 5:00 p.m. Nominations received after that date will not be eligible for consideration. REALTOR® Members may only submit one nomination per award.

Award winners will be announced at the Annual GAAR Awards Gala on Friday, March 6th, 2026, to be held at the Albuquerque Marriott Pyramid North.

Nomination Category: Doyle Pargin Lifetime Achievement Award (formerly the C.O. Nelson Award)

Criteria to consider:

1. Must be a REALTOR® in good standing with GAAR, NMAR, and NAR for a minimum of twenty five (25) years.

2. Must have demonstrated past and present service to the Greater Albuquerque Association of REALTORS®.

3. Must demonstrate longevity and extensive achievement in the profession.

4. Must consistently model professionalism.
