1. Purpose of Permit
This Visitor Parking Permit allows the above visitor to temporarily park within the community for the limited time authorized 12Hrs and only in designated visitor parking areas. This permit does not authorize street parking, grass parking, blocking driveways, or any parking in violation of community rules.
2. Visitor Parking Rules (Strictly Enforced)
By signing this agreement, the visitor acknowledges and agrees to abide by all community parking regulations, including:
No parking on grass or landscaped areas.
No street parking unless specifically designated by management.
No parking behind, beside, or around homes. Only designated parking pads may be used.
No double-parking, blocking mailboxes, or obstructing traffic flow.
No expired or missing tags, decals, registration, or insurance.
No vehicles with flat tires, missing parts, or placed on jacks/blocks.
License plates must be visible from the street—back-in parking is prohibited.
No commercial vehicles, semi-trucks, trailers, or oversized vehicles.
All vehicles must remain operable at all times.
Violation of ANY rule will result in immediate towing at the vehicle owner’s expense without further notice.
3. Towing Authority
The visitor acknowledges that the community enforces all parking rules under O.C.G.A. § 44-1-13 The visitor agrees that any violation of these rules may result in:
Immediate towing
Storage fees
Additional enforcement actions
No prior notification is required before towing.
4. Liability & Responsibility
The visitor agrees:
To follow all posted signs and written community regulations
To take full responsibility for any damage caused by their vehicle
That the community, management company, are not liable for loss, theft, damage, or towing resulting from rule violations. This permit does not guarantee a parking space, nor does it override community rules.
5. Agreement & Acknowledgment
By signing below, the visitor acknowledges:
They have read, understand, and agree to all terms of this permit
They understand that violation of any rule may result in towing at their expense
They consent to enforcement under O.C.G.A. § 44-1-13
