BWF is hosting the AGM 2026 in Horsen, Denmark alongside the BWF Thomas & Uber Cup Finals 2026. This means that delegates will need to travel to Horsen to attend the AGM in-person.

Please read the below and then complete the Delegates Nomination Form.
1. Your Association’s membership subscription for 2026 and Schedule A form for 2025 must have been received by the BWF before you nominate a delegate(s) for the AGM.
2. Upload the signature of the Secretary General / CEO, or President or Board Member - and if applicable the association’s stamp in the space provided.
3. Complete this form in English.
4. Nominations must reach the BWF office not later than 1000 (10:00AM) on Thursday 23 April 2026 (Kuala Lumpur time).
5. You will receive a copy of what you submit. The BWF office will acknowledge receipt of the nomination and confirm it is accepted. If you do not receive an acknowledgement, this means the BWF office has not received your nomination form. Please email p.wong@bwf.sport if you do not receive confirmation.
6. Delegates will be asked to provide proof of identity (passport) as part of the registration at the AGM.
7. Please check Clauses 7.26, 15.15 to 15.22 of the BWF Constitution, if you need more information.
8. The person signing this form must be the Secretary General or CEO or President or Board member.
