  • WasabiFest 2026 Vendor Application

  • Welcome!

Join us in 2026 for the second annual WasabiFest! Quickly emerging as one of Portland’s premier food festivals, this one-day celebration, scheduled for June 13 at The Redd in SE Portland, brings together top local culinary and cultural talent to honor the versatility of this remarkable root. We hope you’ll be part of it! To apply, please provide the information requested in this application.

  • Why Wasabi?

Wasabi is grown in very few places outside of Japan. It requires special climatic conditions including access to clean abundant water, cooler weather, and not too much sunlight…sound like any place you know? Oregon Coast Wasabi has been growing wasabi since 2010. Their product thrives in the weather we know well in Portland. SakéOne was drawn to Oregon Coast Wasabi for our shared passion for a product widely associated with Japanese culture and cuisine, but whose true potential is so much greater. Celebrating wasabi and all its applications is a celebration of the creativity, spirit, optimism, and determination of Portland.

  • How to “Bring the Heat” to your booth!

We are looking for participants of WasabiFest 2026 to create a product utilizing wasabi to showcase at their booth! We want to highlight all the different applications wasabi is capable of, and we are confident the creatives of the greater-Portland area will bring the heat! We can’t wait to see what your imagination inspires.
