1) Participant-initiated rescheduling / cancellation* This field is required.
48 hours or more before the scheduled lesson start time: You may contact TXSNOW customer service to reschedule (subject to actual availability and instructor schedules).
Between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled lesson start time: A change will incur a 50% charge of the lesson fee; the remaining 50% may be applied to a new booking in accordance with this policy.
Less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson start time (including same-day cancellations / no-shows): No rescheduling or refund will be accepted. The lesson is deemed used.
The time at which a request is considered received is based on the timestamp in the official TXSNOW lesson group.

2) Conditions under which rescheduling is allowed* This field is required.
If the resort is officially closed due to extreme weather, this is considered a valid condition for rescheduling. In that case, the lesson may be rescheduled within the validity period to another date, subject to actual instructor availability and open slots.

3) Purchases made close to the lesson date* This field is required.
For lessons purchased within 48 hours of the scheduled start time (including same-day purchases), no changes or cancellations are permitted.

4) Instructor-initiated rescheduling / cancellation* This field is required.
If, due to special circumstances, an instructor needs to cancel or change the lesson date/time, TXSNOW will contact you at least 48 hours in advance to discuss options and arrange a replacement instructor where possible.
If no replacement instructor can be assigned within 48 hours of the lesson time, the original instructor will compensate the participant with double the lesson time.
Example: If a lesson on the same day has to be cancelled because the instructor has an emergency, the instructor will compensate the participant with two lessons on future dates.
